Draft for review. Last updated November 5, 2026.

What we collect

Your email address, the date you joined, and which page and link brought you here. If you tell us you'd like to test Backit, share an idea, vote on ideas or report one, we keep that too, linked to your email. Ideas you share are shown to other people on the waitlist only after we review them, and never with your email.

Why

To confirm your place on the waitlist, invite you to Backit when it's your turn, and send you occasional updates about the launch. We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.

How long

Until Backit launches to you or you leave the waitlist, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Every email has a link to leave the waitlist. You can also write to privacy@backit.ai to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Where it's kept

Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Emails are sent through our email provider.
